The CSL plant is a fully functional and self sufficient chemical manufacturing plant on Jurong Island. The core functions include chemical processing/manufacturing, technical design and engineering, maintenance/construction, laboratory analysis/quality assurance and supporting functions such as logistics, accounts and human resources.

Chemical Processing/Manufacturing
CSL prides itself in its years of excellence in performing batch and continuous reaction chemistries, combined with the associated distillation and filtration. We have a proud history of superior customer service, strong relationships with partners and, most importantly, on time and on-spec production.

The plant also has all the common utilities necessary to operate a chemical plant. These utilities are either piped from the established utility grid on Jurong Island or produced 'in-house' in the plant.

Technical Design and Engineering
The Technical Design and Engineering team will handle the design and engineering of process and equipment required for the safe and efficient execution of your toll manufacturing projects. The team will strive to bridge the gap between the available assets on the ground with your project requirements in order to make it an "asset light" investment for you.

Maintenance and Construction
The Maintenance and Construction team, together with our trusted contractors, will provide round the clock maintenance support for the entire plant to ensure minimal downtimes in production operations. The team is also well experienced and prepared to take on any construction and modification works that may be required for execution of your toll manufacturing projects.

Laboratory Analysis and Quality Assurance
The Laboratory Analysis and Quality Assurance team will ensure that product specifications are met in accordance with your requirements. The team is staffed by experienced personnel and the CSL laboratory is well equipped with a variety of testing equipment and instrument to cater to your product testing needs.
